Fur Trimmed Knit Hat
Winter is almost here, and hats are the thing to make right now. I see so many hat patterns floating around. I'm not much of a hat person. I think I might have a funny-shaped head, because they never stay down over my ears when I wear them, and they give me a headache when they are tight across my forehead. But I got an idea for a hat.
I wanted to design a hat that was comfortable to wear, and is not like all the other hats on the market right now. I LOVE the fur pom poms, so I thought I would try a fur band to match. I did some searching, but didn't see a single hat like that (at least not on Etsy).
So here it is. It fits just right and stays on without squeezing my head. The fur is so soft on my forehead and ears. And it's warm, but not too warm. It's my "just right" hat! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
For this hat I used Lion Brand Go For Faux and Wool Ease Thick and Quick. Both are available in a variety of color. Here are some of the color combinations I came up with.
